Deen Unlock respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about what we do with it.
Data Collection
We do NOT collect personal data. All app preferences, reading progress, and blocked app selections are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this information and it never leaves your device.
Screen Time API
We use Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls framework) solely to block and unblock apps at your request. We do not access, store, or transmit any information about your app usage. The Screen Time API operates entirely on your device and is managed by the operating system.
Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics for anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., number of reading sessions completed). No personally identifiable information is collected. These analytics help us understand how the app is used so we can improve the experience.
Third-Party Services
Firebase Analytics (Google) is the only third-party service integrated into the app. No other third-party services have access to your data. Firebase's privacy policy can be found on Google's website.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with anyone. Your data stays on your device and is under your full control at all times.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.
