Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Deen Unlock application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Description of Service

Deen Unlock is a digital wellbeing app that uses Apple's Screen Time API to help users manage their app usage by requiring completion of Islamic reading content (Quran verses, Adhkar) before granting temporary access to selected apps.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deen Unlock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Quranic text and Adhkar content are part of the Islamic public domain.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. App blocking functionality depends on Apple's Screen Time API and may be subject to limitations imposed by the operating system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deen Unlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
